They should add Australia . . . as well as other countries. The list of countries that can use caller ID is remarkably small compared to other VoIP providers.

I agree. For me, I would like to see this for South Korea.
I have seen others on here asking about Australia.
There is a big demand for this . . . in almost every country were Skype offers Skype numbers.

I think the reason for that is because, despite the call having a UK number, it is originating from a phone network outside of the UK. So it is being flagged as "international".
If I am correct, in order to fix it, Skype would need to set up a server to place outgoing calls in the UK and buy phone line trunks from a UK provider.
I am in agreement that if you are using a UK number to call the UK, it shouldn't show up as international. But, it might be a very expensive fix for Skype.
