Organizing my contacts in groups is an extremely useful and time saving function. Now I have to take time every morning to create this groups and manually add every contact. As an employer you are making your business customer pay an employee every day to set up the groups before actually being able to start work. If you add up approx 12mins every work day, its 1 hour a week. So 4 hours a month are wasted on doing this when a simple contact group and a click (4 secs) would do the same job.
