    Was utterly gobsmacked when I discovered this feature had been disabled... and that was quite some time ago. There are probably several small businesses like mine out there, happily paying their Skype bill thinking that when their phone is not answered their (potential) customers are hearing a personalised greeting - because they have had no reason to check their greeting, and they were not informed that this service was being removed. Lots of others probably have had business stationery printed up with their Skype telephone number on, so they don't want to have to start from scratch... the customisation of the voicemail message is *essential* for a paid-for business phone line. This is just appalling customer service. You need more support for this topic? Perhaps if you actually informed all of those customers who have a skype number that their voice mail personalization was taken away from them without their knowledge a year ago... two years ago? How long was it exactly, as none of us were informed? You might get the reaction you are looking for - although of course that might lead to thousands of customers leaving before you manage to put it back in place!!!
