Global hotkeys are now available in Skype for Windows 10 Insiders build! We are also working on a shortcut for answering a call. It should be available soon. Check it out and let me know how it works for you. I will keep you posted.

still no search function after almost one year. Yes MS, the search now is equal no search at all.

text search in chat only work with whole words.
It would be no results if I type "prob" wenn I want to find "problem" or "probe" or "probable".
It was fine in v.7 but now it should be the whole word typed, not the part of it.
It is nonsense. Is ist 70` or 80` ? Make it right please.So this is a BUG, which MS calls a feature.

We have been listening to your feedback. In 8.33+ you can see all the results found for your message search. No more 20 limit.
We’re still working on a solution for the 6 months limitation. I’ll post an update when it’s available.

We used to categorize your submissions with lists of multiple requests, however we’re overwhelmed now. Going forward we will only accept submissions with single requests. Hi everyone, thanks so much for this request. We have thought this through and due to other high priority engineering that the product needs we decided to prioritize other user-requested items for now. Please keep continue supporting this Idea and we will review it again later. I’ll let you know if anything changes.

we do not need the global hotkeys. We need the customizable hotkeys. Everyone has owns preferences. So please make it as it was in v.7. And yes, it is still better/has more functions as in v.8, so it was not the improvement from MS.
