I am having an issue with Skype for linux. When i open it the window lays under my top bar occasionally when it doesn't then all button interactions are in the right place. Even if it does though, when I am in a call it will either freeze the video when i click on it, or freeze it when I maximize it. If I leave it in the minimal window it will work fine. I have tried both the flatpak version as well as the .deb file found here on the Skype download site.

Pop!_OS 20.10

64-bit architecture

GNOME 3.38.3

Windowing system X11

The hardware is the following:

16GB RAM

CPU Intel Core i5-2450M @2.5GHz x4

Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000(SNB GT2)

Please help with a fix as it is almost unusable as it continues to freeze
