Microsoft needs to

1. Put the fully qualified Skype name in people's Skype profiles- i.e. live:will.stott




2. When producing search results present the ones with different qualifiers first - i.e. 'live:will.stott' before 'willcat27'




3. Allow people to search for their own names so they can see the information given out / check the name is correct / lots of other reasons.
