Please fix the following issue.
At some point in the last month, I stopped being able to access my Skype account using my gmail address <firstname><lastname>@gmail.com. Instead I was directed to the account associated with a slightly different gmail address, <firstname>.<lastname>@gmail.com. I'm guessing there was some consolidation of similar gmail addresses done. This made my Skype account (which had paid subscriptions) unusable. After 2 1/2 hours of discussions with the helpdesk, the outcome was that I had to just say goodbye the that account, create a new one and sign up for a new skype local number (obviously a problem to have to change my phone number, which I use for work).
