Complaints Proceedure/Contact details
There needs to be a dedicated process for making a complaint about the service provided by Microsoft/Skype. I have been waiting for over 149 hours now for my account to be unlocked. All 'Live Chat' seem to be able to do is to flag it and promise every morning that it will be resolved within 24 hours... the resolution hasn't happened thus far.
There seems to be no process anywhere that I can find for making a complaint and having that complaint processed and dealt with. It would be a welcome level of service.
