Your product is very disappointed!!!!
My Skype account got lock and when I tried to submit the form to unlock it, I wasn't able to. I contact support team but they said it was due to version upgrade that some user con not submit the form. These sounds like downgrade to me more than an upgrade. Very disappoint with microsoft product right now, you guys don't deserve your reputation at all. considering moving my email else where and suggest everyone to consider it too.
