When will Microsoft have something to report regarding the fact that translator does not work. I have lost track of the number of times i have reported it as a problem via Skype settings. There is never any response not ever any improvement. It is over 2 months since Msoft announced it would be introduced and from the actual introduction date it has never worked reliably.
It is beyond comprehension that they are not aware of the fact and should have some idea of the disruption and inconvenience, sometimes distress, it causes Skype users . They still say nothing.
I pay for Skype via my Office 365 account and I notice when checking Office that Office Business users have been offered the option of reverting to the previous Translator, which I think they are now calling the Legacy Translator??
This indicates some understanding of the commercial implications of the failed translator but are they unable to comprehend that the personal problems experienced are far more important, just not about money!
Microsoft, one of the biggest companies in the world seriously fails In their own communication with their customers. It surely is not beyond the bounds of possibility for such a company to issue an update on the problems and progress to a solution in regard to this Translator which they have inflicted upon us for reasons known only to themselves. If they sought to improve upon the previous translator then they have faild dismally.
Maybe this is a rant, rather than a question, the question is simply " what the **** is happening"
