My account has been locked for 3 weeks (don`t know the exact reason). I have filled special form to unlock it, moreover I contacted live support for 4 times, and they all speak the same - there is a high volume of requests, please wait, your request is in a priority list, they will contact you in 24 hours.. But still nothing. It is SKYPE policy, that they lock accounts for nothing, it is SKYPE problem, that workers have high volume of requests, so why do users have to suffer from that? Double the workers, who deal with requests, change your policy of locking accounts or something.. It is YOUR problem, not user's..
