Spellchecker, a pain in the...
A few things for your consideration:
Skype has betrayed its adult users and is now a dumbed-down chat app for teenage girls. To make my point clear, go to the skype home page and you'll see several pictures of 16-year old girls using Skype. Nothing else.
In this comment I will stick to a messaging issue which would be easy to fix, assuming you want to fix it. The extremely irritating spellchecker cannot be turned off. I have tried everything, including general Windows settings, and looked for solutions online with no luck. Until recently, I could at least kill the spellchecker.node file after each update, but after you changed to that felixrieseberg release, this is no longer possible. Which makes me wonder: how important is it to Skype to foist that spellchecker on users? Is it necessary for data collection?
One more thing: I have set Skype to NOT send messages when I press ENTER, but it does so anyway after the update today. It makes it difficult to have a non-teen written exchange on Skype.
