Skype Unlimited World Name is Misleading
The Skype Unlimited World name is misleading because it doesn't include all countries in the "world."
I just redeemed 6,400 Microsoft Rewards points for a 3-Month Skype Unlimited World Voucher. I then redeemed the voucher in my Skype profile and tried to make a call. I intended to use this for calling to Tanzania (I am in the US), but when I tried to call, I was told that Tanzania wasn't part of the Skype World Unlimited service and I would have to pay to call to Tanzania. Tanzania is in this "world," isn't it? Because Tanzania isn't included, I now have no use for this service and have wasted 6,400 Microsoft Rewards points. I have reached out to Skype support to try to get a refund of my points, but I was told this was not possible.
My feedback is two-fold:
1. Change the name of Skype Unlimited World to not include the word "world" if you are going to support calls to the entire world (all countries). This is misleading.
2. If you are unwilling to change the name, make very clear which countries are included in the service so there is no confusion on the part of the customer. In particular, this should be done on the Microsoft Rewards redemption page for the Skype Unlimited World items.
