The process for German address verification is being handled incompetently
This is a complaint.
The process by which you are handling the German "address verification" is utterly unacceptable, and incompetent. You sent one email three months in advance, stating I should have received a paper letter in 2 - 4 days.
The email was not seen by me, and the paper email never arrived.
There was no further contact from you in any way - until I received an email stating the business number was canceled and irrevocably lost to me. This was my business number which was on all business correspondence, business cards, clients lists, etc.
Your support personnel offered $20 as recompense for this disaster.
If this process can result in total loss of a number without warning, perhaps you should FOLLOW UP VERSUS SENDING ONE EMAIL AND THEN KILLING THE NUMBER!
Ridiculous, and inexcusable.
P.s. I do hope to receive a reply to this, since I expect this site is just a dumping ground for people to vent their frustration into the ether.
