If an incoming call is answered on Desktop, the notification on android device will become 'stuck' and cannot be discarded until phone is reset or app is deleted and reinstalled.
Android Version: 10 (Dev Preview 3)
Android Build Number: QPP4.190502.019
Skype Version: 18.104.22.168

Super annoying problem. I will dump the app the first chance I get.

I found that removing the notification from the the android settings removes the stuck message. I have Samsung note 9 with latest android OS.
Extremely annoying. The problem is there for ages. Please fix!

Same issue here, with Samsung Note 9, Android 10.
Workaround: half-swiping, clicking the cog, and disabling and re-enabling the General notifications. This removes the notification and it doesn't reappear when re-enabled.

Same Issue here it's still ringing even after I accepted the call on the desktop or other peripheral. After some time it finally stop ringing but the notification got stuck. Can't dismiss it by pressing any of the two buttons, only if I restart the phone. Very Annoying. I have a Google Pixel 4XL with Android 10.
When I take a look at these messages before me I would say it could be a problem with Android 10. Just as a hint ;)
Same issue here, with Xiaomi Mi 9Pro Android 10.
This tip does NOT work for me: "I found that you can easily dismiss it by half-swiping, clicking the cog, and disabling and re-enabling the relevant ("General notifications") channel. This removes the notification and it doesn't reappear when the channel is re-enabled."
When disabling and immideately re-enabling the notification remains present. I have to either permanently disable the General notification or kill the Skype app.
Workaround that works for me:
On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Skype and click on force stop.

Is there any fix for this ? I work with Skype, and just can not live with these type of things.
Fortunately, I have an Iphone...

For me clicking accept doesn't help. Opens Skype but notification stays. Found no solution other than reboot the phone. Also: The phone starts ringing about 20 s after I accepted the call on PC.

I found that hitting Accept even after the call is done makes the notification go away and doesn't appear to try to start the call over at least. But still, if they're going to force the notification to stay there, at least be smart enough to know when the call is ended and remove it.
