I want my Skype credit refunded to me, not rolled over or held by Skype. I will not use it in Skype ever.

I agree that a refund is due changing your policies to steal money from customers is really bad and you guys have been caught not by just me but everyone who views this public forum. In 2017 I purchased my skype minutes 25$ USD to make calls to mexico but the service never worked properly so I purchased an additional phone plan and saved my skype minutes incase I was out of the country where I can not use my mobile. International calling is not supported in all countries so even until this day I have not been able to use the product. Now you are changing the policies to remove and "hide" our minutes after a certain time period so we "forget" that we have paid for minutes that we have never used. Additionally you have replaced the option to buy more minutes with a subscription. If your going to steal money from your customers and change your policies to circumvent the real issue of not providing proper support then you will not have very many customers.
