Add cryptocurrency micropayments to Skype (XRP and others)
Dear Skype, The age of MicroPayments has come and we need your support. The era of Internet of Value is kocniking at the door. My idea is to implement micropayments in Skype. Allow us to buy SkypeCredits with XRpTipBot , allow us to send micro payments on Skype chat as well.
Please have a look at http://xrptipbot.com/ and its open API https://www.xrptipbot.com/app/api-spec which is pretty easy to implement.
XRPtipBot is now available in 40+ languages. It's available for Twitter / Reddit / Discord / Telegram and recently has been added to Microsoft Outlook please visit http://moneymessage.radynamics.com/moneymessage_www/
What's more it has been now implemented in WooCommerce as well: https://github.com/empatogen/woocommerce-xrp
Why XRP? Here you can find an answer: https://xrpcommunity.blog/xrp-the-digital-asset-with-a-solid-foundation/
What's more Ripple has provided incredibly complete documentation for developers: https://developers.ripple.com/docs.html In order to confirm my words, have a look what the Developer of trustWallet says: https://twitter.com/vikmeup/status/1105509648453398528
Read about XRP ledger: https://developers.ripple.com/xrp-ledger-overview.html
I'm a developer who's familiar with MS products and created several tools for XRPL https://www.davidolliver.com/category/xrpl/ and if I can assist in any way to make it happen, please let me know

Hi. Thanks for sharing this Idea! Cryptocurrency micropayments sounds really cool right :) Like any other leading technology company Microsoft is already testing blockchain.
Although I don’t have any information about cryptocurrency adoption for Skype or any other MS product, please keep continue supporting this Idea. I will share it with our teams :)
Note: I’ve edited the title of this Idea little bit so it fits to cryptocurrencies generally ;)
Iqraqurancenter being an <a href="https://www.iqraqurancenter.com/">online Quran academy</a> is playing its role as the best online Quran teaching institute. Having wast experience of teaching Tajweed, Quran memorization (Hifz), Noorani Qaida, Basic Tajweed, Ten Qirat, Ijazah course and Islamic studies for kids, adult and female, iqraqurancenter remained one of the best online Quran tutoring academy
Yesterday I shared an idea of enabling premium profiles. A few hours ago Tyler Winklevoss published the same idea but related to emails. So you can see the upcoming changes :)
https://twitter.com/tylerwinklevoss/status/1127615400055902210 He said in his Tweet:
- I can't wait until crypto makes email market-based. Sending an email to @elonmusk and effectively renting his time to read it would have a price, sending an email to someone else would have another price, and so on.
Everyone's email could be public as long as they were priced right, which would be set by them and could be adjusted at any time. Friends and family would be whitelisted so they didn't have to pay your digital postage fee.
So my idea seems legit and pretty cool.
This is my favorite quote and let me share this with you:
Out on the edge, you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center. Big, undreamed-of things - the people on the edge see them first (Kurt Vonnegut)
We could be the people on the edge and we are.
Unfortunately, I was not able to post more updates. I won't be available for some time. But here is a new idea for you.
If Skype enables crypto payments, then Business people can create business profiles and get paid for different services. The profiles can create a list of offers, make it public so that everyone can access and check them. Just like Warrior Forum is doing https://www.warriorforum.com/warriors-hire/ but without third-paty applications.
Skype can successfully replace Freelance services. It's a well-known fact that clients and freelancers prefer to talk through Skype. Crypto payments and smart contracts can change the whole system of Skype.
With Crypto Skype can offer a better solution than earn.com by enabling Premium profiles.
I would be more than happy to know that we've got some progress on this.
You should consider looking into DigiByte. It's a blockchain with great potential. A forward thinking blockchain is what you need to integrate first before adding anything else!
idk about XRP but I do love the idea of using crypto to either send to friends and or buy credits
Xrp tipbot is great. But DigiByte (DGB) is the fastest utxo blockchain. So when looking to integrate cryptocurrencies that gives seamless transfer with fast transaction speeds- DGB is the way to go!
XRP has very low wallet transfer time. Added to this, charges are low. I definitely recommend its addition to Skype considering having experience using XRP for payments earlier
Partnership between VISA and COINBASE is actually a Boon for the Users
Cryptocurrencies have come a long way in from being an unreliable platform to gradually become the most smooth as well as a faster source of the transaction.

Add XRP then i will use skype
XRP is the standard...........
I'd love to hear your thoughts or some update. If and when you decide to implement cryptocurrencies, please consider me as a BETA TESTER.
Recently, I downloaded MS BOTbuilder and have been reading the docs at https://dev.skype.com/ and building a small app. But to be honest, I'd love to see something big for XRP, on-ledger payments, etc. At the moment, and I know this is not something you were looking for, but Crypto Media refers to you as "Petr from Skype" and for all of us, you're a bridge and a window to the future.
I kindly ask you, pretty please, do your best to make it happen.
XRP is the token for future payments and banking ! Skype need this tech and will be great if they adopt it!
