date and time
It seems that the format of date and time is set by Skype 8, rather than using the users settings (as defined by the user in Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region [Win7]), which is weird.... It would be better is, like in Skype 7, time and date formats would be those set for the computer, since then it would be homogeneous throughout all applications. Please, have Skype 8 to read the date and time format of the computer rather than imposing its own.

It's completely careless for the developers to have done it any other way than to honor the system settings. I still can't fathom how they could consider it OK to force the US formats on us without checking our preferences. And it's even more appalling that they are waiting to see if enough of us complain before deciding that it may be the right thing to actually listen to us.
This is really annyoing, time stamps still say AM and PM.

I can't believe they haven't implemented this from the start :-(
Same in Windows 10, Skype 8 doesn't follow Regional Format as set in Settings.
