Misleading on free minutes to Indonesia... it took me over an hour to reconcile why I couldn't get thru to Indonesia for free using my office 365 free minutes ...https://www.skype.com/en/offers/office365/ shows that it is only for Jakarta whereas https://secure.skype.com/portal/settings/package?planId=recur.calling-office-world-mixed-60.1.0 shows the minutes are free to Indonesia

It is like saying calling to US is free whereas to find on another site that it is only to Los Angeles.

Maybe different color for the conversation text box for each chat participant

The video call feature in android is different from the one in your desktop or computer. You will not be able to send a message if you are on a video call, if you are using a mobile device. You have to switch to the chat feature to send instant messages.

Wish that would change.

I have tested skype 8 and it's no where near skype 7. the nenues are so difficult to access and it's so harder to make audio and video calls

While Voting on skype, When Someone Votes Yes or no, The text is too small to recognize. Either make the YES OR NO bigger & prominent, or just replace the right side icon with yes and no written in it.

Bring back "compact view" or at least the ability to adjust the chat "bubble" heights. Also provide the option to put all text aligned left. This is a chat program, not text messenger.

Now minimum size is 600 dots however I prefer less than 400 dots at least.

There should be a feature of removing account(s) from login screen of "Skype for Desktop" app on Mac.

Move the chat input field towards the center of the PC screen (when maximized)

When you type on a PC it is more natural to look at the center of the screen not at the very bottom.

Sometimes, when maximized and auto show for Windows taskbar is turned on, the taskbar hides the chat input partially. This happens when another program has notification and Windows shows the taskbar with the blinking program.

The previous version of Skype had the possibility to resize the chat input field, so this issue was not there.

The older version of Skype used to lower the volume of my music apps, and anything that might have been running the in browser but this newer version no longer honors this setting. For me it's currently set to lower other apps by 80% (the default) but it does nothing to lower other volume apps. I suspect that Skype is not properly registering itself with Windows when a call comes in and Windows no longer knows to lower volume but in wither case, this functionality NEEDS to be restored.

Try to resize Skype window and you will see a hole on the right side. Is it feature or bug?
